Are you part of a high performing team? The My Team diagnostic tool is designed to support learners to self-assess their team’s performance, to gain instant data, insights and recommendations for peak performance.

The My Team report uses a respondent’s individual Team Management Profile data and My Team questionnaire responses to create customised and actionable feedback that highlights key issues and helps both the individual and team to develop action plans for improvement.

My Team is available with each Team Management Profile subscription and can be used multiple times during the 2 year subscription period.
